Website terms

Last updated 18 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not cover any Saifman product or service, which will have its own agreement when it is released.

1. Who runs this site

This website is published by Saifman AB, a limited company registered in Sweden under company registration number 559593-9454, with its registered office in Karlstad, Sweden. Full company details are held by Bolagsverket. Contact: see the contact page.

2. The site is informational

The site describes the company and what we are building. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a binding commitment to deliver a product, a feature or a date. Descriptions of products and plans may change. Any agreement between you and Saifman AB comes into existence only in writing, separately from this site.

3. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We take care that the information on it is correct and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or continuously available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. You use the information at your own risk, and it is not professional advice.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Saifman AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or the statutory rights of a consumer.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and code of this site, and the name Saifman, belong to Saifman AB unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and quote from the site with attribution. You may not republish it as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.

6. Links

Where we link to another site, we do not control it, and we are not responsible for its content or for how it handles your data.

7. Personal data

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms by publishing a new version here. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be heard by the Swedish courts, with Värmlands tingsrätt as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
